Sean Holland is originally from Rochester, NY where he went to school for marketing and finance. While attending business school, he traveled to multiple large cities around the United States and knew he would call Chicago home after his very first visit.
Since 2012 it’s been Sean’s goal to build lifelong relationships with his clients by providing them with a great service experience and a wonderful home. Sean uses his deep knowledge of the local market to find his clients the absolute best option. To date, he has helped over 500 clients find their home in Chicago. Sean’s ability to quickly understand his client’s diverse perspectives is one of his many strengths. Most of his clients are repeat clients or referrals which is a testament to his strong work ethic and ability to negotiate on his client’s behalf. The most important steps for him are making sure his buyers are prepared and ahead of the curve, particularly if they’re first time home buyers. Sean’s attention to detail helps his clients navigate the pitfalls with ease so that they can feel comfortable during a sometimes stressful process.
A grilling enthusiast, Sean has been known to fire up the grill and throw on a dozen wings, even in Chicago’s subzero weather. His search for the perfect wing sauce requires a lot of trial and error. When not grilling, Sean enjoys cycling, summer street festivals and Chicago’s amazing beaches.
